VACANCY REF: AK1877784 Q: Are you a General Practice Surveyor who would relish the opportunity to work in and around the idyllic Lake District National Park and surrounding areas, in a well-established and highly successful company, and be an active part in its’ future growth? An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a General Practice Surveyor to join our clients’ close-knit Cumbrian team. Our client is a highly respected property consultancy, based across both Scotland and England that provides expert professional and agency advice across a whole spectrum of commercial property, throughout Scotland, Cumbria, North Lancashire, the Northeast and Scottish Borders.The role will principally involve a broad range of agency and commercial valuation and may include other client instructions such as lease consultancy and property management.The ideal candidate will be a ‘good all-round’ General Practice Surveyor, with some background in Commercial Valuation (Registered Valuer) as well as some experience of commercial agency and areas professional consultancy.
