About theRole
As a key member of ourCompliance Electrical Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring100% electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties. Yourresponsibilities will include:
- Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports(EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domesticproperties.
- Performing annual emergencylighting tests and other duties as required by thebusiness.
- Delivering a 'first-time fix'service, ensuring minimal disruption for our residents andproviding outstanding customercare.
What We'reLooking For

- Extensive experience indomestic installations, periodic inspections, fault finding,servicing, repairs, and rewires.
- Relevant certifications:City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent), and 17th or18th Edition qualification.
- Astrong understanding of relevant legislation,including construction, building regulations, and health andsafety.
- Effective communicationskills to interact with residents andcolleagues.
- A full, validdrivinglicence.
