You'll be joining a business doing good in the world, from contaminated land assessment to flood protection and environmental management. As the business continues to grow, this is a chance to help build and grow your own team of talented consultants. As a Senior Environmental Manager, you will be the leading voice in delivering on Environmental and conservation projects. This is an opportunity to build your own team of junior consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise across a variety of projects. Motivate and manage a team of environmental consultants, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction. Oversee and sign off on major projects, being involved in areas such as contaminated land assessments, flood risk management, and environmental sampling. Lead fieldwork activities including soil logging, environmental sampling, and spill response coordination. Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to uphold ISO and environmental standards within our Integrated Management System. Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering). Extensive experience in contaminated land management, site investigations, and environmental assessments. A proven track record in managing complex environmental projects from inception to completion. A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel for site-based projects.
