Performance Marketing Lead

We're hiring a Performance Lead for a rapidly growing eco-conscious startup ??

(They are one of the top 10 fastest-growing companies in the UK across any category)

The Performance Lead will manage some eye-wateringly large budgets on Meta and collaborate closely with the Growth team. As performance marketing is gradually brought in-house, there is also scope to build a team around this person in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise around a 7-figure (£) monthly spend on Meta
• Work closely with Head of Acquisition and Head of Growth
• Collaborate with in-house creative strategists and video editors
• Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies
• Analyse campaign data to inform decision-making
• Potentially build and lead a team in the future

You'll have:

• Deep understanding of Meta advertising in the post-iOS14 landscape
• Experience managing at least £500K+/month in ad spend
• Strong skills in setting up and optimising paid media campaigns
• High numeracy and data analysis abilities
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Full-funnel marketing knowledge
• Experience with TikTok and YouTube advertising (preferred)
