Junior Contracts Florist

An exciting position has become available within the Nikki Tibbles Wild at Heart Floristry team. We are looking for a fantastic Junior Contracts Florist to support in our busy Wild at Heart Contracts team and Wild at Heart flower studio.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for floral design and a desire to grow in the floristry industry. You will be part of the heart of our business, creating beautiful, luxurious contract flowers.Job Title: Junior Contracts FloristReporting to: Head of ContractsHours: Full Time, 45 hours and to be occasionally available outside of these hours.Location: BatterseaJob Specification•  Assist in the preparation and creation of floral designs for high end contracts clients.•  Assist in setting up floral installations at venues and client locations.•  Ensure high-quality presentation of all floral work to meet company standards.•  Manage stock levels, assist with ordering flowers, and ensure proper storage.•  Act as key support and go-between for the Contracts team•  Work with clients to understand their floral needs and offer suggestions for suitable arrangements.•  Designing bespoke arrangements for clients•  Very early-morning trips to the Flower Market to coordinate collections and ordersRequirements• Grow and maintain relationships with suppliers at the Flower Market• Must have a UK Drivers Licence (Manual) must be able to drive vans• Seasonal flower knowledge and care•  Confident communicator•  Plenty of stamina•  Ability to work independently and part of a team•  Efficient, able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Creative background and a good eye for design•  Good attention to detailWhat We Offer• Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced florists.• A creative and supportive work environment.• Opportunities to work on a wide range of projects, from small arrangements to large-scale installations.Benefits• Incentives for employee of the month• 50% employee discount• Your Birthday off each year• Career-progression opportunities
