Stores Operative

As a Stores Operative, you will work closely with all areas of the business, including engineering, purchasing, accounts, and manufacturing across our sites in the UK and Europe.

Your responsibilities as a Stores Operative:

• Receive and process Goods In, ensuring accurate documentation and storage.
• Organise and control components and finished products in stores.
• Kit parts for production according to Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Prepare and package goods for despatch, managing Goods Out processing.
• Manage stock levels to support efficient production.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing to resolve parts issues or shortages.

Your current experience which will help you as a Stores Operative:

• 2+ years of experience in stores work within a similar environment.
• Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems.
• Skilled in Goods In and Goods Out processing.
• Experience in kitting and picking parts against a BOM.
• Background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel and competent in using the Office 365 suite.
