Copello Global are looking for a Software Verification Engineer on a 12 month contract to join a defence organisation within the Gloucestershire area, due to a surge in project demand.
The Software Verification Engineer will be required to deliver the following activities:
Software verification activities including authoring test specifications & test scripts
Preparation of technical specs and interfaces for Electrical Power Distribution Systems
Hardware & Software integration
Management of software documentation, updating when required.
The Software Engineer will require the following experience:
Embedded Software experience
Exposure to C/C++
Srong experience of DO178 B/C
Background within electronics and defence sector
Management of software documentation
The role will require hybrid working. The position is offering a hourly rate of 65 - 75 per hour (Inside IR35).
