Learning Support Assistant - CamdenASAP StartPAYE £90 - £100 per dayJob descriptionAre you passionate about supporting students with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges? We are currently seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant (SEN LSA) to join our school's provision.About Us:Our school's provision is dedicated to providing inclusive education and support for students with a range of special educational needs. We believe in creating a nurturing and empowering environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.Responsibilities: Provide support to students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, either on a 1:1 basis or in group/classroom settings. Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans and behaviour management strategies. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement. Collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to meet the diverse needs of students.Requirements: Personal and/or professional experience working with students with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. Ability to adapt support strategies to meet the individual needs of students. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
