Solution Consultant£70,000 - £85,000 plus 20% BonusFully RemoteI have partnered with a leading Professional Services business in finding them a Solution Consultant to join their Public Service Growth Team!This candidate will be a key part in building propositions and proposals and delivering across multiple client groups.They will support the proposition and sales teams in leading the development of compelling, innovative, cost-competitive, and repeatable propositions and proposals that focus on the business's front and back-office capabilities, providing input and support to broader opportunities.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solutions Consultant with a passion for public service delivery. This client offers huge scope to further your career, develop new skills and network with industry leaders allowing you to drive success both for the business and for yourself!Job Description:What you’ll be doing:responsible for creating winning bid solutions, including cost estimation and articulation as well as ensuring alignment with business strategy and targetstaking ownership of output quality and performance to support growth whilst meeting timescales and complete pricing and designs effectivelywork directly on customer opportunities, attend meetings and develop tailored responses to customers needsprimarily drive net new external business for Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services propositionsprovide expertise to bids, ensuring high-quality input and overall proposal excellencedrive innovation in customer approach and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build a comprehensive knowledgebaseWhat we’re looking for:strong understanding of Digital BPS and a view of the broader Citizen Experience market.a proven track record in public service solutions and frameworksextensive experience in delivering solutions and proposals in front and back-office services to address complex opportunities in the Public Sector.demonstrable skills in understanding the needs of organisations and designing and delivering compelling solutions to address them.proven presales capability, leading the development of innovative and efficient responses which achieve demonstrable success.good understanding of technology trends and how they affect the business and it's customers.confident and personable with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and compellingly at all levels of an organisation through a variety of different methods (including verbal, written and presentation)About the Growth team:The Growth (Group Sales) Function is a central corporate function for this firm and is redesigning how they do business. The team manages Key Accounts and is developing their strategy for investing in client value propositions. They're responsible for improving and standardising sales processes, and creating consistency in training, technology and knowledge sharing. They're also multi-lingual, multi-functional and multi-talented.
