Senior Paralegal Alternative asset manager

About the company Heriot Brown is working with one of the largest alternative asset managers and supporting with a paralegal hire into their corporate services affiliate, where they provide corporate services to multiple real estate portfolio companies on their investments. About the role Our client is seeking an experienced paralegal to support their legal team in London. The role will involve drafting and negotiating engagement letters and commercial contracts for the business across EMEA. Working closely with the solicitors and supporting on corporate and real estate legal matters such as leasing and licensing agreements to readying assets for sale to disputes and risk management. Who are you? To be considered for this position, you'll need to have a minimum of 3 years' working on commercial contracts, work well in a team and independently and have a proactive approach.
