£40,000 - £60,000 + Car Alllowance + Package
This company are looking for a self-motivated individual to work within their joinery division. You will be responsible for the detailed planning and organisation of manufacturing to achieve all output targets in terms of quantity, quality, unit costs and project requirements.
The Role
Managing customer/partner relationships from project authorisation and initiation through to project closure ensuring regular communication and reporting of project progress versus the delivery contract
Servicing client(s) and maintain relationships
Run profitable projects
Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done
Sourcing quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame
Building and maintaining relationships with the supply chain
Liaising with suppliers and raising orders
Work with the operation and management teams to delegate tasks and resources to ensure the project is delivered according to plan
Managing project administration duties such as timesheets, expenses and credit card receipts
To maintain frequent and detailed communication with all members of the team to always ensure clarity
Proactively managing unforeseen project risks and mitigate issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions
To comply with CPI procedures, including all safety requirements
Leading by example and championing and following our company policies
Raising and recording variations and providing continued business justification
Ensuring invoices are generated
Checking supplier invoices against purchase order values and sign off
Attend production and account meetings
Managing the financial performance of projects, utilising regular financial reports to monitor actual spend versus the quotation and forecast; Identify spending anomalies
