Sewing Machinist
Linkster are looking for an Industrial Sewing Machinist for a Client in CV6 area of Coventry.
Temp to perm position for right candidates (minimum of 12 weeks with agency)
Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 16:30, Friday 07:30 - 12:30
Starting pay rate is 11.90ph, with plenty of overtime available (paid 1.5x)
Clean and calm environment.
To be considered for the Sewing Machinist role you have to have sewing experience (ideally with industrial background) using sewing machines (overlock experience would be preferred, but is not essential).
All suitable candidates will be put trough 1-2 hours sewing assessment, and if successful, you will start work immediately.
Your main duties as a Sewing Machinist will include:
- sewing fabrics together
- sewing patterns on materials like leather up to the required standard
- maintaining clean and safe working environment
