IAM PLM Analyst - SailPoint IIQ Role : IAM - PLM Analyst Duration: 6 months minimum but most likely renewed (3 month renewable contract) Fully remote Start Date: 16th September 2024 Available for both Inside and Outside IR35 CUSTOMER DESCRIPTION This company provide HR and payroll solutions that are tailor made for their end customers. They are a global entity, with over 1,000,000 clients around the world, recognised for its futuristic IT infrastructure. They are a strong advocate of automation and development in general in global IT systems. They work with companies of every size, from small to large, such as Coca Cola, Paypal, FedEx, Four Seasons, Philips, Fujifilm, Innocent and more. None of the IT systems at this customer are outsourced, and all maintenance, development and project work is conducted internally from their in-house IT departments. As result, they are constantly pushing the boundaries and working with new technologies, with a push for automating their IT infrastructure to become a market leader in this area. The customer offers a great opportunity, they have a fantastic reputation amongst the sub-contractor and freelancer work force. The opportunities are endless with them, simply based on the structure of their business there is constantly projects on-going, we have placed someone with them previously who worked on 4 different projects over a 3.5 year period! PROJECT DESCRIPTION Work directly with application managers and technical teams to gather requirements and information on application data through surveys, reviews, information gathering sessions and walkthroughs. Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analysis and document in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently. Review/analyse application data to ensure processes meet defined policies and comply with information security requirements; analyse data to provide insights and recommendations. Recommend improvements and remediation for associated projects or current internal processes. Performs documentation writing and maintenance of existing processes and procedures as well as creation of new process and procedures. Review application data to ensure processes meet defined policies and comply with information security requirements; analyse data to provide insights and recommendations Implementation of the authorization cleanup efforts as well as the application onboarding factory in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorisation set-up, documentation, application data, and reconciliation. Help build business Roles and all associated data, rules including access bundling rules, and processes and progresses to Automated Roles.
