As a Sales Advisor based at our Plumb Centre in Wandsworth you’ll be responsible for:
Serving customers on the trade counter, understanding their needs and offering product recommendations.
Handling customer enquiries through phone and email with a proactive and positive approach, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Performing various warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising within the branch.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
A team player who is eager to learn and contribute in a small team environment.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial.
Merchant or Plumbing & Heating experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5pm. Additionally, you'll be required to work every other Saturday morning from 8am to 12 noon paid at overtime.
