Account Manager (London)

Job purpose / Summary The Accounts Manager International is responsible for managing business relationships with external brokerages (agents) and real estate companies in their designated country. Duties and responsibilities Responsible for activating new real estate agents and real estate companies locally and internationally, to sell and market AZIZI Developments properties and projects. Provide monthly Project Training and presentations to potential agents and real estate companies on AZIZI Developments and the services carried out by the Agency Department. Maintain and build strong relationships with existing agents and real estate companies and ensure continued business relationship is maintained. Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the agents and real estate companies managed by the Account Manager. Provide Marketing tools, handle Commission related issues and above all motivate Real Estate Agencies to perform to increase Sales. Coordinate with internal sales team on the activities of agents and real estate companies Handle disputes or issues that are faced by agents and real estate companies. Prepare monthly/weekly report on the performance and activity level of agents and real estate companies managed by the Account Manager. Report to the Agency Manager on activities of agents and real estate companies’ performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or professional certification/Diploma in management/administration or 3 years’ experience working in similar capacity Sound knowledge on activities on real estate companies Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a team environment Excellent communication skills and good command of local language and English Ability to prepare and carry out presentations. Capable to manage multiple tasks and projects including managing external agents and real estate companies Excellent Computer skills, mainly MS – Excel, Power point and MS - Outlook
