Teaching Assistant Job Description: Collaborate with the class teacher to design and implement customised lessons Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment Provide guidance for students to help develop and enhance their social and emotional wellbeing Cooperate with fellow staff members and experts to address the unique requirements of each student Ensure the security and overall welfare of all students    What do you need to be a Teaching Assistant?
