Salary: Up to £18.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Manchester and Surrounding Areas
Hours: 40 hours per week
Travel: Paid Door-to-Door
Call-Out Rota: 1 in 7 (£100 Standby Fee)
Overtime: 1.5x standard rate, 2x on Sundays

We are looking for an experienced Automatic Door Engineer based in Manchester to carry out installations, servicing, and repair work on a variety of automatic doors. Automatic Door Engineer Responsibilities :
- Install, service, and repair a variety of automatic doors including sliding, swing, revolving, and telescopic doors
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs on-site to minimise downtime for clients
- Conduct regular PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visits to ensure automatic door systems are fully operational and compliant
- Maintain accurate records and complete service reports for all work carried out
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Provide a high standard of customer service, building strong relationships with clients
Automatic Door Engineer Requirements:
- ADSA Accredited with up-to-date certification
- Minimum of 5 years experience in installing, servicing, and repairing automatic doors
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with experience working on a variety of automatic door systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours and participation in call-out rota

- Strong organisational skills to manage workload and complete jobs efficiently
