Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Facilities Management Location: Fulham, London, SW6 Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to manage the maintenance of a single, high-profile property in Fulham. You will be responsible for the upkeep and servicing of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer: * Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems. * Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. * Work independently to meet the property's maintenance needs. Requirements of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer: * Proven experience in mechanical maintenance. * Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems. * Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent). * Full UK driving licence preferred.
