This HR Advisor role in the Education sector requires an experienced HR professional who is strong is employee relations.

Description
Support the Human Resources team in delivering a comprehensive HR service to the organisation
Assist in the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
Handle employee relations issues, including managing absence, disciplinary and grievances upto tribunals and appeals.
Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Participate in HR projects as required
Promote equality and diversity within the workplace Profile
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a HR Advisory role and developing People Policies, managing employment related casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes, and delivering a customer focused people advisor service.
If you have education or NHS experience this would be ideal, but not essential.
You must be CIPD to a minimum of level 5 (or working towards level 5) or hold the equivalent level of experience.
Job Offer
· An excellent salary package £33,900 - £37,000 DOE.
