Role mission:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Head of Sales to lead our enterprise sales team across the EMEA region. This pivotal role will involve developing and executing sales strategies focused on both new logo acquisition and expansion of current clients across banking, insurance, asset management, large corporates and payments & infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the RegTech landscape, a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions, and a strong network within capital markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for the EMEA region, aligning with the company's overall growth targets.
  • Identify and prioritize key markets within EMEA, focusing on capital markets firms, including banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement through strategic planning and execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team across multiple markets in the EMEA region.
  • Instil a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the sales organization.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in capital markets, including C-level executives, compliance officers, and risk managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in the RegTech space.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, adjusting strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Drive significant revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline with precision, ensuring timely progression through the sales cycle.
  • Optimize the allocation of sales resources to maximize return on investment.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven success in selling SaaS solutions to Tier 1 capital markets clients, with a deep understanding of their unique regulatory and operational challenges.
  • Experience selling compliance solutions to capital markets clients.
  • Strong network and established relationships within the Tier 1 capital markets industry, particularly in EMEA.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong strategic acumen, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
