The Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ready to make a significant impact within an ambitious and dynamic organisation?


Working as part of the Enterprise Customer Services Team, your role will be to deliver a professional level of Customer Service to Direct Enterprise/Corporate customers ensuring the correct service wrap is delivered, with focus on the following:


  • Delivering efficient, effective and bespoke service to our customers.
  • Providing 'First time fix' with close attention to the quality and accuracy of information delivered.
  • Maintaining a crucial link between Sales Account Managers/Service Delivery Managers and customers.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with our in-life customers ensuring that all customer contacts received are resolved promptly, efficiently and accurately through to resolution.
  • Deliver bespoke, efficient and effective end-to-end service to our customers, ensuring a first-time fix with high quality and accurate information.
  • Using your knowledge to resolve customer issues proactively or efficiently source necessary information to provide suitable solutions.
  • Prioritising and managing workload efficiently to address workload from our customer base.
  • Maintain a crucial link between Sales Account Managers, Service Delivery Managers and customers.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including Sales, Service Management, Technology, Project Management and key partners.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all TalkTalk Business products and services.


Skills and experience we are looking for

Experience in the Telecoms market is an advantage but experience in customer service call handling is essential.
