Accounts Assistant

CMA Recruitment is working with a reputable business based in Whiteley, Hampshire, to help them recruit a trainee Accounts Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. This role has come about due to an internal promotion within the finance team which now needs to be backfilled. What will the Accounts Assistant role involve: Purchase ledger invoicing - ensuring the correct authorisation procedure has been followed Coding and posting invoices Preparing payment runs Processing staff expenses Supplier statement reconciliations and payment queries Suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant role: Some prior experience working within a finance department or studying towards a finance qualification Good attention to detail Happy to be office based Additional information and benefits: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Free parking 22 days holiday + BH CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
