Job DescriptionOur client is a leading global advisor in the private equity, infrastructure, and private credit markets, who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting their investor relations efforts, helping to maintain and build relationships with institutional investors, and ensuring the smooth execution of fundraising and communication initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and distributing high-quality investor communications, including quarterly reports, newsletters, and updates on portfolio performance.Support the fundraising process by managing investor inquiries, coordinating meetings, and preparing detailed documentation such as due diligence materials and presentations.Maintain and update the investor database with relevant information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Regularly track and report on investor engagement metrics.Conduct research on market trends, investor preferences, and competitor activity to inform fundraising strategies and investor engagement initiatives.Assist in the planning and execution of investor events, including annual meetings, roadshows, and conferences. Coordinate logistics and prepare necessary materials.Provide day-to-day support to the Investor Relations team in managing relationships with existing and prospective investors. Ensure timely and accurate responses to investor queries.Ensure all investor communications comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Support the IR team in maintaining records for audit and compliance purposes.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations or at a placement agent. Experience in private markets is essential - candidates who do not have this experience will not be considered.Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related discipline. A CFA or similar qualification is a plus.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM systems and financial databases is desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.If interested, please contact [email protected] for more information.
