Main Duties / Responsibilities:
This role will provide you with great exposure to household names within the consumer goods industry. The successful applicant will learn from the already existing team and be a key pillar in bringing client ideas and projects to life, ensuring client satisfaction. Interpersonal skills, project management experience, ability to multi-task and attention to detail are crucial tools due to working across multiple exciting projects at once!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand requirements
- Present (alongside agency colleagues - particularly Account Directors) campaign ideas and budget to the client
- Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
- Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members
- Pulling together weekly status reports throughout the duration of projects to keep clients and peers updated
- Ensuring that the project stays on track and within the allocated budget
- Working across multi-channel digital projects including Marketplaces, D2C, Social Media, Display Banners, Emails, Innovation tools)
- Maintain a key eye on new trends and share with the wider team
- Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised
- Use the internal workflow tools alongside Microsoft Suite

Location: London (hybrid role split between home and office)
Working Hours: 9:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. However, on occasions you may be expected to join early morning calls or stay late in order to meet deadlines.
