SER are currently working alongside a Mental Health Service based in Greenwich who are currently seeking to appoint a part-time Reception/Administrator at their Head Office.
As the Reception/Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact at their Head Office, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for visitors and callers. Alongside reception duties, you’ll provide vital administrative support to the Facilities and Administration Coordinator, assisting with tasks from office management to referrals and data analysis.
Position: Reception/Administrator
Location: Welling, Kent
Contract: Permanent Contract – 4 Days per week (Tuesday to Friday 9 -5)
Salary: £17,141.03 (FTE £23,997)
Closing Date: 8th October 2024
Short Listing: 16th October, with successful candidates notified on 17th October
Interview: Face to Face interviews will take place on 22nd October
About the role:
* Reception & Front of House: Greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing centralised mailboxes.
* Administrative Support: Assisting with referrals, data input, and meeting coordination.
* Health & Safety: Supporting office maintenance and catering arrangements for meetings and events.
* General Office Support: Managing office supplies, filing, document preparation, and maintaining systems.
* HR & Finance Assistance: Supporting HR and Finance with administrative duties, including managing records and responding to finance queries.
Essential Requirements:
* Strong organisational and planning abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Commitment to diversity and inclusion
* Knowledge of standard office practices (Desirable but not essential)
