Compliance Team Leader

We are currently partnering with a reputable Social Housing Association in South Wales, who are recruiting for a

Compliance Team Leader

to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with a salary band of

£38,435 - £42,639

per annum and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a team of four Compliance Coordinators Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of all landlord compliance functions (fire, asbestos, gas, electrics, legionella, lifts) Ensuring that all required compliance checks/works are completed and recorded Monitoring compliance data, KPIs and team performance to ensure the organization meets all compliance related regulations Developing, implementing and delivering a quality assurance framework for all processes within the compliance team, ensuring that end to end processes are performing, accurate and evidenced Ensuring that all relevant staff members have the appropriate level of training in compliance areas to meet the needs of their role and to support our customers

Requirements: Experience required within property compliance Proven technical skills/experience in one or more areas of the big 6 (pref for Electrical) Strong management experience Confident with data, KPIs and performance reporting NEBOSH or similar qualification desirable Own car and full UK driving licence

Rewards and Benefits: 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays), increasing by one day per year up to 32 days Flexible working hours Hybrid home working (circa. 3 days per week from home) Pension: the organisation will contribute 2% more than you choose to pay in each month (minimum contribution where you pay 4%, they pay 6%; maximum contribution where you pay 6%, they pay 8%)

Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday, flexible start/finish times
