Are you an expert Employee Relations Advisor who wants to work for a fantastic commercial organisation based in Stevenage?They role focuses on improvement and innovation, enabling, evolving and embedding change through effective communications and engagement.You will support the ER Manager in the development and delivery of ER related improvement, innovation and change activities in consultation and collaboration with key stakeholders.You will also design and deliver communication and engagement plansYou will need to be:-Knowledgeable, empathetic, resilient individual with strong ER experience.You will be able to identify opportunities for improvement, develop plans to realise those improvements and successfully communicate, influence and build relationships.Coaching and advising on innovative employee relations solutionsYou will also undertake and contribute to other ER activities including casework, procedural reviews and Trade union related activities.Salary £45-50k, plus bonus and very good benefitsFor more information, please call me on 07821 664529 or email your cv to [email protected]
