Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant (Full Time – October 2024) Leeds (LS18) £85 - £95 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) The role  Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school in Leeds (LS18) to start ASAP on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will preferably hold a level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (but not essential) and will have recent experience in a Primary School working as a Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching phonics and strong phonics knowledge as a result as well as strong behaviour management skills.  The school  The cchool is a successful, inclusive, popular two form entry primary school with innovative and creative approaches to learning. The school serves a wide community, and prepares children to become citizens of that wider community, to respect all cultures and faiths and to work together as a team. The desired Teaching Assistant will have: • Have experience working with Primary School aged children.    • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of support staff. • Have a passion for helping to support teaching staff across all subjects.
