Salary: £38,000 per annum, plus commission, plus company car

Description: Our client is a leading Commercial Cleaning company who are looking for an ambitious, experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. Ideally you will be based in Northampton or North London.

The Business Development Manager will be confident at winning new commercial cleaning contracts. You must be a professional that is happy to represent our client s values. You will be confident and knowledgeable communicating with clients and presenting cleaning contract tenders. You will target driven and happy creating your own sales leads in return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and generous commission.

BDM Commercial Cleaning Skills & Requirements:

• Business Development Manager cleaning or senior sales experience
  

• Experience of winning new commercial cleaning contracts

• Sales skills

• Active listening

• Good relationship building skills

• Confident preparing and presenting quotations

• Work well in a team but also capable of working independently

• Well organised and well planned

• Using CRM Management System

• Target driven

• Generating your own appointments

• Vibrant and energetic personality

• Excellent customer service skills

• Professional manner

• Computer Literate

• Excellent communication skills

• UK Driving Licence
