Youth Justice Improvement Lead

Role: Youth Justice Improvement Lead Contract Length: 6 months Location: Hybrid/Chatham - come into the office as and when needed. IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate Spinwell is recruiting for a Youth Justice Improvement Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE YOUTH JUSTICE IMPROVEMENT LEAD * Work with the chair and members of the Youth Justice Board to support it to fulfil all its statutory duties * Support the service to develop the skills of its staff, and have the necessary tools in place to provide a high quality service, including a review of polices and procedures, training, and access to performance data * Support full integration of the service into Children’s Services, identifying joint working arrangements and opportunities for further developing joint assessment, planning and recording * Work with partners to review service level agreements and maximise use of resources * Review the reparation offer and support plans for developing a wider programme of restorative opportunities for children * Support improvements in case management processes, including assessment, planning, intervention and management oversight If you are a Youth Justice Improvement Lead, apply now or send your CV to Spinwell!
