Director - Cost Planning & Commercial Management

Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Director to join a market leading Master Developer and Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy. This ambitious, forward-thinking organisation provide an end to end service offering expertise and support to infrastructure engineering projects, highways and environmental planning, development management and cost planning/commercial management. As an organisation our client has a proven track record of successfully driving projects through the full development life cycle to deliver additional value and create great outcomes for their clients who include many of the UK's leading blue chip Residential Developers (traditional and MMC), Commercial and Retail property developers, Landowners and Promoters and Government agencies. As part of their continued success and 5 year growth plan they are looking to recruit a commercial lead. With excellent attention to detail, strong project management skills and the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels, you will lead on all commercial matters (cost planning, commercial management, pre/post contract administration) and drive project teams to the successful outcome on schemes inclusive of highways assessments and modelling, flood risk and alleviation, drainage, noise, air, sustainability, utilities, land remediation and ground engineering. Our client is well established, with a first class reputation, and has ambitious growth plans over the next 3-5 years, particularly across the Midlands.
