We are working with a large and well-established Master Trust that is leading the way in the pensions industry. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Pensions Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the compliance function within an organisation that is committed to excellence and innovation.The Role:As the Pensions Compliance Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure the organisation meets all regulatory requirements and operates within a robust compliance framework. You will be responsible for providing expert compliance advice across the business, acting as a critical part of the second line of defence. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in Defined Contribution (DC) pensions and Master Trusts, who is looking to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking organisation.Key Responsibilities:Provide compliance advice and support across the business, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.Act as part of the second line of defence, working alongside the Risk department to provide independent checks on business activities.Oversee the design and implementation of the compliance framework, ensuring it meets the needs of the organisation.Conduct horizon scanning to stay ahead of regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organisation.Manage and sign off on communications, including marketing and operational content, from a compliance perspective.Support and contribute to strategic projects, providing compliance input and ensuring best practices are followed.Key Requirements:Strong experience in Defined Contribution (DC) pensions, Master Trusts, and regulatory compliance.In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment under The Pensions Regulator (TPR) or Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA).Experience in a second line of defence role within the financial services or pensions industry.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving, with high levels of attention to detail.Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CII, CISI) are desirable but not essential.What We Offer:Competitive salary of £70,000 - £85,000, depending on experience.15% annual performance bonus.Up to 10% employer pension contribution.Hybrid working arrangements with approximately two days a week in our London office.The opportunity to be part of a leading organisation in the pensions industry, with significant opportunities for professional growth.How to Apply: If you are passionate about pensions compliance and are looking for an exciting new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
