Sr. Project Manager BESS

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivering projects from inception, all the way through construction, commissioning and handover. This person will have also had exposure to NSIP level BESS, or renewable energy projects in the UK.

Our client are a growing renewable energy owner/operator with strong financial backing and an exciting pipeline of projects in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage teams across entire project lifecycle
• Management of projects in the UK from planning, consents through EPC and commissioning/handover
• Project management of assigned contractors for civil, mechanical and electrical
• Detailed review of discharge planning applications at DCO / NSIP level

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in renewables, particularly with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Professional qualification in planning, land, construction etc
• In-depth understanding of project management systems within construction/infrastructure environment
• Familiar with UK planning process and the discharge of planning conditions.
