Job Title: Mobile Floater - Caretaker We're looking for a customer-focused and flexible Mobile Floater - Caretaker to join our team! Location: N5 1JG Contract Duration: 30th September 2024 - End of December 2024 Rate: £16.00 per hour (umbrella) Key Responsibilities: Inspect and clean communal areas, including sweeping, mopping, and litter picking. Conduct external tasks such as leaf clearance and cleaning bin areas. Rotate bins and ensure cleanliness around waste areas. Perform regular health and safety checks. Report bulk rubbish, graffiti, and abandoned vehicles to the relevant teams.Requirements: A current DBS is mandatory for consideration.
