The Role:
As an Acturis Software Trainer, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering comprehensive software training programs. You will train staff on Insurance Applications, Microsoft Office, and other bespoke systems to ensure they meet the required proficiency levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and deliver IT systems training and other projects both in classroom settings and virtually.
- Develop and deliver eLearning materials using various applications (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Digital Adoption Solutions like WalkMe/WhatFix).
- Maintain accurate training records and management information (MI).
- Provide first-line user support and help functions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external organizations to identify and address business training needs.
- Deliver training on insurance software applications, MS Office (including Teams/O365) to an advanced level, and other bespoke internal IT applications.
- Assess individual and group training needs.
- Research, plan, and update new and existing training materials.
- Utilize new technologies such as DAS and Teams for training delivery.
- Conduct post-training assessments to identify areas for improvement and knowledge transfer.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience in delivering Acturis training.
- Commitment to personal development to stay updated with the latest training methods.
- Prior experience in training delivery (both classroom and virtual).
- Strong insurance knowledge (preferably including London Market knowledge).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Teams/O365).
- Experience in creating and maintaining eLearning content (preferably using Adobe Captivate and DAS platforms).
