Job Overview:

As an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a vital role in driving growth for our outdoor advertising company. You’ll help expand our client base by prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities. This role is perfect for recent graduates eager to develop a career in sales while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, organizations, and markets that could benefit from outdoor advertising solutions.
  • Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential customers, generate interest, and set up meetings or presentations for senior sales executives.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs of prospects and determine if they are a good fit for the company’s advertising services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication, following up on leads, and sharing relevant marketing materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to grow the sales pipeline and improve outreach tactics.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential advertising opportunities to better position our services.
  • Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics, including outreach activity and lead conversion rates.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and build relationships.
  • Motivation: Self-starter with a positive attitude, eager to learn and grow within the sales field.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing or outdoor advertising is a plus.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and maintain enthusiasm when prospecting for new leads.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing internships is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in advertising, marketing, or media industries.
