Role Lead the financial operations, ensuring precision in reporting, strategic planning and financial processes / controls across the Group.   Key Responsibilities Leading the accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions – team of c12 Responsible for cash flow forecasting to ensure effective cash utilisation. Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes to support the company's rapid growth and integration of new acquisitions. Finance Lead for a new expense system implementation in addition to other strategic projects. Support with the development of the ESG agenda. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and technologies Ownership of strategic projects Qualifications Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience, this role is all about high levels of drive, growth mindset and personality. Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role, ideally within a shared services environment but not essential.  You must be motivated by personal progression with the desire to progress to FD / CFO. Strong understanding of financial management, including cash flow forecasting, debt management, and payroll.
