Fortuna Gaming is looking for a CRM Coordinator primarily to work on acquiring traffic for

its portfolio of iGaming websites.


Our company utilises several digital marketing techniques and strategies to promote real money casino

and sports betting platforms. Breaking away from the standard operations that most major players in the

iGaming industry employ, we are approaching each marketing area with a fresh eye, setting the best

practice lines for the rest to follow.

Job Description

As a result of a groundbreaking new product launch, we are looking for someone to join our CRM Team

based in our Newcastle office.


You will help to set-up, deploy and manage the CRM Strategy for a new suite of exciting and exclusive

iGaming brands, including casino and sportsbook. You will report directly into one of the directors of

the business.


Main Responsibilities

  •  Plan, manage and deploy CRM strategy for the company’s new igaming brands.
  •  Manage promotional calendar and ad hoc communications.
  •  Manage and deliver customer lifecycle campaigns to drive retention and customer growth objectives, including:
  • registrations and deposit conversion,
  • churn reduction,
  • reactivation,
  • upsell and cross sell.
  • Campaign landing page content and publishing.
  • Campaigns briefing and coordination of assets across multiple stakeholders (design, social and acquisition).
  • Campaign performance analysis and reporting.
  • Implement testing plans for ongoing campaign optimisation.
  • Ensuring all onsite, CRM, and acquisition activities are aligned (for example game promotion and prioritisation onsite).


Criteria


Essential

  • Experience of building customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
  • Proactive nature, idea generator.
  • Hands-on-the-tools approach. Willing to roll sleeves up and get stuff done.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret financial data to inform decision making.
  • The ability to think commercially, and in general a sound business acumen.
  • Desire to start new projects and see them through to completion.
  • Exceptional marketing copywriting, proof-reading and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality.
  • Technically literate with a tech savvy mindset. Some experience with HTML
  • Passionate about sports in general particularly football and horse racing.
  • Interest in casino and sports betting.
  • High proficiency in written English, with attention to detail.


Desirable

  • CRM experience within the igaming industry.
  • Experience in casino and sports betting.
  • Creative copywriting skills.

Location

This role will be predominantly office based in Newcastle upon Tyne (Blandford Square), with the

remainder of time spent working from home.
