Contract Manager

Clearpath Recruitment are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client based in Battlesbridge, Essex. Job Duties * Must have experience with New Build housing developments. * Experience with roofing preferred but not essential. * 50-60k per annum depending on experience. * Manage contracts and all the associated elements that come with this. * Carry out thorough contract meetings, reports and meeting minutes with all associated parties. * Ensure that all deadlines are met. * Provide regular updates to Project Managers. * Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met and implemented. * Office based. * 20 Days Annual Leave. * 4.5 day working week. * Healthcare. * 10% Car Allowance.
