Elevation Recruitment Group's HR Division are pleased to be supporting a large National Manufacturing business, based in Sheffield, in their search for an interim HR Advisor on a 12 month contract to cover a maternity leave. This position is part time, 35 hours per week.

The role is site based, with the opportunity for some hybrid working following completion of an initial training period. Reporting into the HR Manager, this person will be responsible for;
- Advising managers on employment law and guiding them through ER processes
- Taking a lead on a caseload of ER, supported by a Senior Advisor
- Producing contracts and legal documents
- Reporting MI on the HRIS system
- processing starters and leavers
- submitting data over to external payroll company
