Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (6:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Location: Wisbech

My client is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in food manufacturing on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering.
• Experience in PLC fault finding and automation.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Competency in both mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
