3Search are working with a leading global FMCG legacy company who are looking for an ambitious and integrated Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager to join one of their leading consumer (and trade) brands in the beauty team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading the UK&IE category strategy based on emerging trends and commercial opportunities
- Providing guidance on the localisation of 2 major brands in terms of their positioning, campaign execution, and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
- Planning and launching new initiatives based on international NPD developments
- Leading communication development across all touchpoints with a strong focus on digital & PR
- Work closely with the Sales, Category & Supply Chain teams to influence, agree, develop and execute key launches and sales promotional activity
- Liaising effectively with regional headquarters and markets to align on brand strategy
- Full marketing budget responsibility for the brand
- Leading longer-term strategy and portfolio optimisation
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven success as an established Senior Brand Manager looking to step up OR an existing Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge.
- FMCG background preferable.
- Excellent communication, influence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong cross-functional and cross-border stakeholder management
- Numerate, commercially astute, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Line management experience essential to help support, coach and develop the team.
- A passion for the Beauty industry is desirable, but not essential

This role requires you to be in the Hertfordshire office 2 x a week- you must either be a driver or be able to get to Euston/Finsbury stations where you can hop on company transport which takes you directly to the office for 9am!
