An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Architect to join a multi-award winning Chartered Architectural practice based in Devon. With a reputation as one of the leading architectural practises in the South West, and being involved in a wide variety of projects from high end residential projects to large developments.   The Practice includes Chartered Architects, Chartered Surveyors, Architectural and Planning Consultants and is able to offer a full range of professional services related to building design. All staff are actively supported to develop their professional careers and follow a continuous professional development program. The right candidate will act as a lead to the internal team, and be capable of managing projects through the full RIBA stages of work. Requirements: Enthusiastic and proactive approach Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Ideally have some residential experience Understanding of the planning and RIBA stages of work UK based experience Revit is desirable as well as some onsite experience Capable of running projects through all RIBA stages of work Relevant qualification within Architecture
