Procurement Manager - Capex

We are seeking a proficient Procurement Manager, specializing in Capex. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of competence in sourcing and managing CAPEX spend. Client Details The organisation is a leading player in the FMCG industry, employing over 11,000 individuals across 15 locations. They are renowned for their commitment to sustainability and their innovative approach to delivering high-quality consumer goods. Description Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies. Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery schedules and quality. Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.Profile A successful Procurement Manager should have: CAPEX experience Proven working experience within an indirect procurement function Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software. Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
