Location: LondonReporting to: Ops and Tech ManagerWe are looking for an Office and Community Admin to join our collaborative back office function!Established back in 2012, with the aim to be a vibrant and dynamic company, we have since grown into a recognized global brand. With offices located in London, Stockholm and New York, our skilled associates work in partnership with some of the world’s most successful clients across the core markets of Life Sciences, Engineering and Technology.The role:Office ManagementFull responsibility over the overall workspace impression and experience for the workforce at Thor. This includes the experience from first start day throughout the employment.Seeing in visitors/candidates Responsible for ensuring that the daily operations and facilities for EU offices are maintained, executed, and delivered on time.Support with administrative and coordinating tasks where possible.Driving new initiatives that contribute to long-term and short-term effective business operations.Work with Data & Technology manager to introduce, streamline, and improve policies and procedures to ensure everyone has the tools they need to do their job as effectively and efficiently as possible.Assisting with onboarding – start to finish, new starter set up etcUpdating department budget regularly and ensuring budgets are met/saving costs where possibleEnsuring sufficient stock of materials and inventory is kept in the office and making sure costs as kept competitive.Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, welcoming visitors, and directing them to the relevant personnel.Working with building managers – relationship building, booking in off-site visits (lift maintenance, roof maintenance, AC maintenance)Event, Culture & Community Management: Assisting with planning company events and achievers' celebrations. Ensuring they are executed flawlessly and leave a lasting positive impression on attendees.Business trip bookings/meetings across officeOversee the management and execution of small-scale company events globally, including sales days, charity events and social gatherings, to foster employee engagement and team bonding.Sales Communication Leadership: Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and execute sales communication strategies, taking ownership of internal communications related to incentives and ad-hoc competitions to drive motivation and performance.Other Job ResponsibilitiesWorking with other departments, where applicable to complete projects, tasks, and ensure processes are compliant.Work daily with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Utilise Canva to support the internal massaging across our European officesCredit card reconciliation and order managementThe Requirements:1.5 years in a PA or Office environment Degree preferredExcellent communication skillsMust have the right to work in the UK.The role comes with a competitive package of salary and annual bonus as well as internal perks!If you think this is something you may be interested in, please apply directly to this advert or contact me via:Email: [email protected]: +44 020 3832 2560
