This role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at a secondary school level. The position is on a supply basis, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs. Support students' social, emotional, and academic development. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs). Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with students with SEMH needs. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school and students.
