SALES PROGRESSOR Residential Lettings
Location: Hove, BN3
Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Do you have a detailed knowledge of the Property Sales process and are you currently working in a similar role or in Residential Property Sales? If so, we would like to talk to you about this vacancy!
Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Property Sales Progressor or a candidate with previous Estate Agency experience, who is tenacious, accurate, driven and committed; an excellent communicator and relationship builder, who has an intricate knowledge of the processes involved in a property sale.
The perfect candidate will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale and ensuring that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other agencies.
You will need to provide an exceptional level of customer service to clients from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough. A candidate with previous Estate Agency experience is essential for this Sales Progressor role.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Progressor role will include:
- Previous experience in Residential Property Sales Progression
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Detailed knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
- Be able to work under pressure
- Live within easy reach of the Hove area
