Founding Product Designer - AI Startup - London - £90k-£110k + Shares
About the Company:
We have partnered with a London-based AI startup, backed by a top European VC at the Seed round. The founding team comprises ex-Google and Monzo tech leaders. They're building an AI platform to automate customer support for large enterprise businesses.
About the Role:
You will begin in a very hands-on product design role, typical of a small startup. As a founding designer, you will wear many hats and establish design best practices and frameworks for this startup. As the company grows, so will your responsibilities, as they'll consider hiring other designers for you to manage or mentor, depending on what route you want to take: senior IC or management.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years experience in product design
- Experience in shipping complex SaaS/B2B products
- Experience working as a Senior, Lead, Principal or Founding Product Designer in a fast-paced startup
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with AI/ML products
- Technical background
- Previous experience as the first product designer.
Location
- Ideally, you'll be going into the office twice a week, but they're open to a more UK-remote position if needed with some travel to London.
