Purpose of the Position: The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for leading client demos of the Beeline technology, business requirement gathering sessions and design workshops with clients to ensure baseline understanding of the technology through analysis and design while maintaining high standards in quality and satisfaction. This is 12 month fixed contract (maternity cover) Responsibilities: Facilitate discussions with customer subject matter experts to document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes. Gather and design high-quality functional solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs. Collaborate with the Project Manager to present best practice workflows and address client business challenges. Conduct user requirements analysis, lead business process design sessions, and identify gaps, risks, and issues during software implementation. Serve as the primary contact for business design deliverables, providing solution design support as needed. Translate business processes and requirements into detailed process flow documentation, solution designs, and technical configurations. Oversee user acceptance testing, including data staging, issue resolution, and ensuring all client business requirements are met in the system setup. Requirements: 3-5 year proven implementation experience in a SaaS environment Proven track record of accomplishments within software implementation Proficient in discovery process and consultative proposition Strong critical thinking, attention to detail and problem solving skills Deadline oriented and able to manage priorities within fast-paced agile environment Desired Competencies: Actively contributes to product knowledge through self-study, meeting attendance, team trainings and project participation Deliver high level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to system end users Serves as the industry and application subject matter expert and thought leader throughout the implementation life-cycle Engaged and confident presence with client – one who can establish and sustain credibility and trust Effective communication and team work with project teams and collaboration with other departments Understands priorities, scope, timeline, goals and key milestones Ability and desire to drive change trough high-energy, can-do attitude; comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment Our Company : At Beeline, we cultivate a positive work environment and are passionate about who we are and what we do.
