THE ROLE We're looking for an extremely well-organised and tech-savvy Bid Manager to support our management team in responding to tenders from councils, schools and education trusts. You'll work as part of a close-knit, supportive team to help secure contracts that will help us on our mission to bring our heathy school meals to as many children as possible. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to gather essential information for tender submissions. Utilise AI tools to draft and write compelling tender documents efficiently. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bids. Coordinate the review and approval process for tender submissions. Analyse tender requirements and identify key areas for differentiation. Maintain a comprehensive database of tender opportunities and track bid progress. ABOUT YOU Proven experience in bid management or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Tech-savvy with the ability to use AI tools to assist in content creation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
